We provide professional website management services. Small businesses, non-profit organizations, and professional practices hire us to protect their websites (their most valuable digital assets) and update their sites on a regular basis.
The result? They increase their visibility, reach more people, and generate more revenue.
Frankly, there are lots of website management options available…
Why We’re Different – And Sharper
Dozens of websites. Hundreds of hacks prevented – just this week! Thousands of pieces of content updated. Millions of bits of data protected.
If it’s website management, chances are we’ve done it – many times over and quite successfully. Don’t take unnecessary chances with your valuable digital assets. Rely on our experience.
We’re professionals with years of experience maintaining, updating, and improving websites. You will always have a principal of our firm overseeing your site. No assistant junior coders. No wide-eyed interns. Professionals.
Need something for your website that’s not included in one of our standard plans? Let us know! Chances are we can handle it quickly and for a fair price. And if it’s something outside our wheelhouse, we’ll be happy to recommend another professional.
Commitment to Small and Mid-Sized Organizations
We don’t see small and medium businesses, small and mid-sized non-profits, and local professional practices as stepping stones to working with Fortune 1000 or Inc. 500 clients. Serving small organizations is our one and only purpose. We consider you to be the backbone of our communities and true local heroes.
About Craig M. Reynolds
Craig is the founder and principal of CM Reynolds + Associates. He’s been working with websites for more than a decade, helping clients recover from security breaches, configure backup solutions, improve their search engine rankings, implement content publication plans, and develop new sites – or re-develop existing ones.
Craig is particularly fond of websites that employ WordPress as a content management system – it’s powerful, flexible, and supported by a huge, talented community of developers. That’s why it’s the software behind nearly 20% of ALL sites on the web.
BUT… WordPress does have a learning curve. And WordPress, like all website platforms, requires ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
Since few of Craig’s clients had the time or inclination to monitor and maintain their sites themselves, he started offering ongoing maintenance plans – peace of mind for busy small business owners, non-profit organizations, and professional practices.
In his spare time, Craig volunteers with local non-profits, hikes through the beautiful Berkshires with his wife and two sons (he used to lead the expeditions but now finds himself bringing up the rear), and eats more junk food than he should.
